Today, we're going to learn how to use the dispatch board.  To get started, let's look at the anatomy of the dispatch board.

As you scroll along the service assignment cards, keep in mind that all Service Assignments will be listed in this column since we are currently filtering the status by, All.

Now, let's take a closer look at the individual cards themselves.  Notice that this card, M11, is greyed out.
