Creating a CRM Contact

Two Easy Ways to Create Contacts

Creating a CRM contact is easy in roofEdge.

The first, is directly from within the customer details Record. In the upper right portion of your screen, click create contact. Uploading a contact photo is optional.  Enter contact information in the remaining fields.

Click save. You've just created a customer contact directly from the Customer Details Record.

The second way to create a contact is directly from the contacts module. Click create contact. Choose the customer. Enter a contact photo if you'd like.  Complete any remaining required fields.

Click Save. Now you've created a contact directly from the contacts menu.
